Directions from Community Health Partners Hospital on Kolbe Rd in Lorain
Turn right out of the main parking lot onto Kolbe Rd. Remain on Kolbe for almost a mile until you come to Jaeger Rd. Turn left onto Jaeger Rd and follow it all the way to the traffic light at Leavitt Rd./Rt. 58. Turn right and stay on Rt. 58 to where it intersects Rt.18 in Wellington. Continue on Rt. 58.
