Towne Center Community Campus
A community for a Lifetime Two leaders in their respected fields, Kopf Construction and Sprenger Retirement Centers, have joined forces to expand Towne Center Community Campus in Avon Lake and develop a leading edge continuing care community for seniors in Northeast Ohio.
Founded in 1965, Kopf Construction developed the Towne Center Community Campus, which offers spacious apartments and luxury condominiums. Over the years, the respected Kopf family name has become synonymous with quality building throughout Northeast Ohio.
Founded by Grace Sprenger in 1959, Sprenger Retirement Centers has earned the reputation as a leader in the health care industry. Family owned and operated, Sprenger Retirement Centers continues to fulfill Grace’s vision for providing quality health care and senior services for our elderly residents. Sprenger currently has eight locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
Together, these two family owned businesses will provide the security of knowing that residents at Towne Center Community Campus will receive the highest quality of care in a safe and comfortable environment.

The $23 million project consists of three phases of development, with opening slated for late Fall 2006. Upon completion of the first phase, the campus will include: • Condominiums • Independent Living Apartments • Assisted Living accommodations • Skilled Nursing Care; including Specialized Rehabilitation Care • Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Unit
