Absenteeism will adversely affect our ability to serve our residents. For this reason, we hold our team members accountable to their commitment to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Providing a professional workforce is extremely important. Uniforms are required. Brightly colored, extreme hairstyles or do-rags are not permitted. Tattoos or piercings other than in the earlobes are not to be visible.
Every team member must complete a state criminal background check along with providing either five years proof of residency, or a FBI background check. Background checks are required by the Ohio Department of Health to ensure the safety of our residents. Drug Test and Physical
After an offer of employment is made, we require a medical examination including a drug test and lift evaluation be completed prior to beginning your job. The offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these tests.
