Carriage House
Apartments, located at 167 Lincoln St., are conveniently
located within a quiet residential neighborhood of Amherst,
Ohio. Our apartments provide seniors with the freedom
and independence associated with having their own homes,
without the worries and burdens of maintaining them.
All apartments include: individual heating
and air conditioning units, carpeting, fully-equipped
kitchens, closet and storage space. Tenants are invited
to take part in a variety of social activities which
include: social events, outings, luncheons, movies and
crafts. In addition, tenants are welcome to participate
in special activities and events hosted by nearby Amherst
Manor Retirement Community and Autumn Aegis Retirement
Community for their enjoyment. Should the need arise,
residents of Carriage House receive priority placement
for health care or support services at all Sprenger
Retirement Centers, including assisted living, skilled
nursing or comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Personalized meetings and apartment tours
may be arranged at your convenience, including evenings
and weekends.
