story dwellings are available on an ownership and monthly
rental basis, which includes full access to services
provided by this senior retirement village. The community
center, which is located within walking distance from
The Townhomes, is the hub of planned social events,
recreational activities and family get togethers. It
is equipped with a complete kitchen, so even a last
minute pot luck can be enjoyed by everyone! Although
there are a variety of floor plans, all townhomes include:
two bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room, kitchen,
stackable washer and dryer, carpeting and ample closet/storage.
Residents appreciate that the townhomes also feature
the minimum of a one car garage. Complimentary transportation
is also furnished.
