Directions from Wooster Community Hospital
Exit the parking lot on Winter St. Turn right and go to the traffic light at Beall Ave. Turn right and go to the first traffic light, staying in the right lane through the intersection, then get in the left lane. You are now on Cleveland Rd. Go to the 5th traffic light, which is Smithville Western Rd. Turn right and go east about 2 miles. The Commons will be on your left. Enter the first drive to visit The Care Center or The Willows and the second drive (Swanson Blvd) to visit Wayne Manor or The Townhouses.

Directions from the north (Cleveland)
Travel south on 1-71 to Exit 204. Turn left on SR 83 and go south for about 15 miles. Watch for a large white church on your left as you approach Wooster and turn left on Smithville Western Road immediately BEFORE the church. Go east about 3-1/2 miles. The Commons will be on your left. Enter the first drive to visit The Care Center for The Willows and the second drive (Swanson Blvd) to visit Wayne Manor or The Townhouses.

Directions from the South/West (Columbus/Mansfield)
Travel north on 1-71 to Exit 176. Turn right on US 30 E and travel for about 25 miles. As you near Wooster, follow the signs for SR 83 N to Medina and Lodi. Exit at SR 3, Medina and Cleveland Road. Turn right and go about 2 miles. The Commons will be on your left. Enter the first drive to visit The Care Center or The Willows and the second drive (Swanson Blvd) to visit Wayne Manor or The Townhouses.

Directions from the East (Canton)
Travel west on US 30. As you approach Wooster, turn right on SR 83 N to Medina and Lodi. Exit at SR 3, Medina and Cleveland Road. Turn right on Cleveland and go to the second traffic light, which is Smithville Western Road. Turn right and go about 2 miles. The Commons will be on your left. Enter the front drive to visit The Care Center or The Willows and the second drive (Swanson Blvd) to visit Wayne Manor or The Townhouses.

Directions from the Northeast (Akron)
Travel south on US 21. Exit at SR 585 and go south for about 30 miles. Stay on SR 585 through Smithville. As you leave Smithville, take a quick right on Smithville Western Road. A sign says, Wayne County Airport 1-1/2 miles. The Common is about 1 mile on your right. Enter the first drive (Swanson Blvd) to visit Wayne Manor or The Townhouses. Enter the second drive to visit The Care Center or The Willows.
