Anchor Lodge receives a Deficiency Free Survey

The entire Sprenger organization would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the dedicated staff at Anchor Lodge Retirement Village in Lorain for Deficiency-Free Survey in 2009 from the Ohio Department of Health.

State surveys are conducted on an annual basis by the Ohio Department of Health of every licensed nursing facility in the state. These inspections are conducted to safeguard that facilities provide the proper level of care and that the structure and safety of the facility is maintained. The annual survey also audits activities, which ensures that residents enjoy full lives in safe surroundings with respect for each individual's personal rights.
